While we strive to deliver goods within the time frame we specify, please note that we rely on third-party shipping companies to fulfill deliveries. Therefore, Happy Nooke™ cannot accept liability for any delays or costs resulting from late or failed deliveries.

  1. All orders take approximately 3-5 business days to process.

  • UK: 2-9 business days
  • USA: 7-10 business days
  • Other countries: 12-15 business days
  • In some cases, shipping may take up to 20 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance times.

Delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons or limited edition launches.

Please Note:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes, or delays due to carrier transitions (e.g., USPS to your local delivery service)
  • We do not cover any extra customs fees, taxes, or backend charges incurred upon delivery. Each country has its own tax threshold, and these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Changes

  • You can make changes to your order within 24 hours after purchase and before fulfillment.
  • Any modifications made after 24 hours may incur additional fees.
  • Cancellations are not allowed after the order has been placed.

Refunds Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please ensure the product meets the return criteria and send an email to returns@happynooke.com including:

  • A photo/video of the item (based on the item type)
  • Tags and labels attached

Our team will respond within 24 business hours to assist you.

If approved, please ship the item back within 7 days of receiving confirmation.

 

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in perfect condition, and in original packaging (if applicable)
  • Return shipping cost will be shared equally between Happy Nooke™ and the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Once we receive the item in as-shipped condition, a refund will be processed, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
