1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments only via Stripe. You can pay using major credit/debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX.

2. What currency will I be charged in?
Our website automatically detects your country and displays prices in your local currency. You will be charged in that currency during checkout.

3. When will I be charged?
Payments are charged immediately upon placing the order.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — you may request a cancellation or change within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Written request is required.

Shipping & Tracking

1. Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped directly from our global fulfillment partners. We do not disclose the country of origin to ensure a consistent brand experience.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • UK: 2-9 business days
  • USA: 7–10 business days
  • Other countries: 12–15 business days (sometimes up to 20)
    Processing time: 3–5 business days.

3. How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the "Track My Order" link found in the footer (and possibly in the main menu).

4. What if my tracking isn’t working?
No worries — simply contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number. We’ll assist you promptly.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags intact.

2. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and received:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–15 banking days
  • PayPal (if activated): 5–7 business days

3. What qualifies for a return?
Returns are accepted for items that are defective, incorrect, damaged, or not as described.
